Feed Safari, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries, meaning companies related by common ownership or control (collectively, “Feed Safari,” “we,” ”us,” “our”) respect your (the “user,” “you” or “your”) right to privacy and strive to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes in greater detail our privacy practices for collecting and maintaining certain information collected about you. This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of our website FeedSafari.com, applications (also known as “apps”), and all of our products, services websites, media forms and/or channels (collectively, the “Services”).
You agree that by creating an account on our website or by otherwise accessing or utilizing the Services in any other way, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of this Privacy Policy.

Feed Safari serves manufacturers and business owners, as well as dairy operators, beef operators, and poultry operators. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services to search for rebates you may qualify for, to upload feed tags and invoices to demonstrate your rebate eligibility, to apply for the rebates we facilitate, to offer and promote rebates, and for other similar purposes.
1. Application of this Privacy Statement
This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to our Services, products, and related services whether or not they link to this Privacy Policy. Feed Safari is the responsible entity for all Personally Identifiable Information subject to this Privacy Policy for any Services to users anywhere in the world.
2. Information We Collect & How We Use It
Both end user customers seeking rebates and agricultural operators providing rebates make up the community we serve. We may collect some limited information from either through the following channels:
During our online enrollment process, when each user fills out their own form with personal and business information;
From rebate applications submitted by owners of business who are applying for rebates by uploading images such as feed tags, invoices and similar on a weekly, monthly, or other periodic basis;
We ask our users for information such as phone number, e-mail address, name and passwords in order to create an account.
Our business users may post content (“User Content”) about their business to keep their customers up-to-date. Such information remains the intellectual property of the user but Feed Safari is granted a lifetime, worldwide, irrevocable license to user the User Content on the Services and for marketing and analytics purposes.
We maintain a helpdesk function for addressing any questions, comments or concerns about the Services. We may access users’ e-mail address and any other information they elect to provide as part of responding to such inquiries. This information is only utilized for customer support, is stored only for recordkeeping and analytics purposes, and is not otherwise shared.
We may from time to time collect automatically-collected information when you access our services (“Usage Data”), such as browser information, link interaction with our products, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and any other usage information collected from cookies and other tracking tools. We may also, when you enable location-based services, collect Global Positioning System (GPS) location data and/or motion data.

We limit any sharing of information we have collected about you to certain narrow purposes. Your information may be shared for the following reasons only:

We share certain data gathered by Feed Safari with manufacturers, either for free or for purchase in certain instances, however, data with these entities is always anonymized. Prior to sharing, individual user data is compiled and summarized by macro-level demographics. The manufacturers in turn use the data for market research purposes, such as to determine improved rebate offerings. Such transfers of anonymized data improve the marketplace in which we offer our Services to you.
We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing. We do not handle or store user payment or bank information; rather, such information is processed through our secure payment processor, which is presently Hyperwallet.
We may share your information with advertisers and investors for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. We may also share your information with such third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline to honor the commitments we’ve made in this Privacy Policy.
TO UTILIZE API INTEGRATION WITH SOCIAL MEDIA PROVIDERS
From time to time, we may integrate or otherwise utilize API for social media through the Services, but all users will be provided the opportunity to “opt in” or “opt out” of this function.
4. Our Stance on Contact with You
We may from time to time contact you to remind you about something related to the Services or to inform you of other great services we have in the works through “push notifications” or similar means. If you do not wish to receive notifications, you will be provided an “opt-out” option.
We may also contact customer users in other ways such as e-mail with promotional materials, newsletters, and coupons or deals from our businesses users. You will be provided an “opt-out” option if you do not wish to take advantage of these communications.
5. How We Keep Your Personal Information Safe
We use industry standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information; for example, our database uses data encryption at rest and in transit and is firewalled and compliant with SSAE 16, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of eighteen (18) unless the children have been granted permission by their parents to use our Services.
